Fair Oaks Ranch - votes on budget and tax rate remains the same as last year

Fair Oaks Ranch voted on their budget and tax rate yesterday evening. The tax rate is 29 cents per 100 dollar valuation which remains the same from last year. Although the tax rate remains the same, homeowners will see a higher tax bill due to the rise in property valuations.
