Fredericksburg City Council reviewed changes on Tuesday to proposed STR rules but didn’t vote on them. The Planning and Zoning Commission made changes to the rules again after council didn’t approve of previous changes. There are residents who believe the neighborhoods are experiencing over-tourism and others believe STR’s are the backbone of the economy. Council are considering allowing fewer neighborhood units.
