FBG - Condos on Friendship Lane

Kept Property Group has been approved for their condo project on Friendship Lane. Fredericksburg City Council gave the permit to build a 22 condo unit. The developer told the council, short term rentals will not be allowed. The condos will be built with first responders, teachers and hospital personnel in mind.
