Fredericksburg plans to make changes to the Short term rentals ordinance. The planning and zoning commission held a special meeting and public meeting recently. An ordinance was drafted for changes to the STR rules. You can view the draft ordinance at fbgtx.org. Another public hearing is planned for Tuesday, October 3rd. with City Council to review the P & Z recommendations.
