Fredericksburg Planning and Zoning commission say no to developers of Seven Hills Development for an amendment. They’ve changed the name to the Meuse, after the town’s founder John O. Meusebach. The Meuse would be 4 stories high, with condos, multi family housing, hotel rooms and more. Several county commissioners are concerned about the massiveness of the development. The developers can get approval from city council to override the commission. The Meuse is at the intersection of 290 and Highway 87.
