The Fredericksburg City Council winners were sworn in during their meeting yesterday. Incumbent Bobby Watson and Randy Briley won the 2 open seats during the May 6th election. Briley was only 3 votes ahead of his challenger, Sharon Joseph. The council also appointed a Mayor Pro-Tem,
