Texas grocer HEB edges out Trader Joes in Customer Satisfaction. American Customer Satisfaction Index for Supermarkets reports HEB is in a 3 way tie with Costco and Publix for the top spot. Each at an 85 percent customer satisfaction rate. Trader Joe’s percentage remained stagnant from the last survey in 2023. HEB rose 4 percent.
