Helotes says no to wastewater treatment plant!

Over 300 Helotes area residents showed their opposition to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality hearing, for a wastewater treatment plant permit near Helotes Creek - reports the San Antonio Report. Miami based Lennar homes would build and manage the plant. They are set to build 29 hundred homes there. Helotes is 30 miles southeast of Bandera.
