Another roadblock plagues the Hunt condo project. Reports the Daily Times. This week Kerr County Commissioners told the developer that the site had to be platted. The developer’s attorney argued that the site at Highway 39 and FM 1340 was exempt from platting because of the lot size. Kerr Judge Rob Kelly made the motion to require the plat as the commissioners had concerns about lack of transparency from owner, 1605 Hunt Group LLC.
