Ingram High School is the site for an eclipse townhall Tuesday. Kerr County Emergency Manager Dub Thomas, Sheriff Larry Leitha, and other local leaders will make the presentation. Event time is 6pm. Meet in the Ingram High School auditorium on Texas 39.
