JW Marriott SA Hill Country Resort sold

This week the Ryman Hospitality Properties and Blackstone Real Estate Income Trust purchased The JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort and Spa. Sales price ---- 800 million dollars. Ryman Hospitality Properties President and CEO Mark Fioravanti said this beautiful resort is a natural complement to our existing Gaylord Hotels portfolio." For now, it will continue to operate under the Marriott name.
