Kamryn Bethge - Harper scholarship recipient

Congratulations to Kamryn Baethge, (Beth-ghee) Harper ISD Class of 2023. She received a 10 thousand dollar scholarship from the Kailee Mills Foundation for her seatbelt awareness campaign.
