Kerr Co Sheriff's Office - M Jenkins

M. Jenkins is the new Kerr County Sheriff’s Office Reserve Deputy. Sheriff Larry Leitha swore him in on Monday. Jenkins was formerly a sergeant with the Houston Police Department and a criminal investigator in Colorado Springs.
