Kerr County - Feral Cat population on agenda

The feral cat population is on the Kerr County Commissioners agenda for this morning. According to the Daily Times, residents complained about the problem at last Commissioners meeting and the Director of Kerr County Animal Services asked for a solution. Sarah Burkhart, from the Bix Fix Homeless Cat Project will address the commissioners at 11am. Also, on the agenda is a 391 Commission update from Commissioner Precinct 2 Rich Paces.
