Kerrville City Council appoints alternate judges

Kerrville City Council appoints 2 alternate judges Ryan Henry and Michael McCann. Both of the Law Offices of Ryan Henry. They will assist the presiding judge of the city’s municipal court in case the judge is unable to preside.
