Kerrville - farewell reception for City Attorney

Farewell reception for outgoing Kerrville City Attorney, Mike Hayes took place prior to yesterday’s City Council meeting. Hayes replacement William Tatsch was caught up to speed during executive session including litigation pertaining to the July 4^th flood. Hayes last day is Monday, February 2nd. Hayes and his wife are moving closer to family.
