Kerrville - Guardian Plaza Memorial Project

In a related story in regards to Guardian Plaza, I spoke to Layng Guierrero who was instrumental in getting the plaza, a memorial project off the ground: AUDIO: 38 SEC   CUE: purpose filled space. The plaza also includes several limestone bricks to sit and reflect. Currently being created are 2 statues of bronze to stand in the plaza - one of a police officer and the other of a firefighter.  The statues honoring Kerrville’s police officers and firefighters will bookend the plaza.
