Kerrville - Harris beats Dewell Ferguson by 3 votes.

After Friday’s Kerrville Election vote recount, Jeff Harris will be sworn in as Place 2 Council Person at Tuesday’s City Council meeting. The race was tight. Harris was 8 votes ahead of Barbara Dewell Ferguson. She petitioned for a recount. She gained 5 more votes but not enough to win the seat. She lost by 3 votes.
