Kerrville - Joe Herring sworn in as Mayor

Last night at City Council, Joe Herring was officially sworn in as the Mayor of Kerrville. Also sworn in were council members, Kent McKinney, Council Member Place 3 and Brenda Hughes, Council Member Place 4. Council Member Place 1 will have to be appointed as Roman Garcia exits City Council. Before the council meeting, a special meeting took place for Canvass of the election.
