Kerrville - John Paul Richardson - arrested

John Paul Richardson, 39 of Kerrville arrested for felony injury to a child. The Kerr County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division acted in response after a notification by the Department of Family and Protective Services.   A child displayed an injury due to child abuse and Richardson was identified as the person inflicting the abuse.  He was booked in the Kerr County Jail. The investigation is ongoing.
