Kerrville - new Police Chief

Kerrville has a new Police Chief. Assistant Police Chief Jerel Haley.   Haley brings 33 years of law enforcement experience, including prior service as a police chief, investigations commander, emergency management instructor and law enforcement executive. He has served as assistant police chief of the Kerrville Police Department since March 2023. He took the reins as KPDs new police chief following the retirement of Chief Chris McCall this past Friday.
