Kerrville Councilman Roman Garcia is a record breaker. In the past 10 years, he’s the first person to win consecutive terms for Place 1. Also, in 2021 he was first elected at the age of 19, making him one of the youngest Texas elected officials. He was sworn in on Tuesday evening.
