Kerrville - Tivy Commons

Kerrville’s Tivy Commons, a mixed use project is moving forward. The site of the former Hal Peterson Middle School and Tivy High School will consist of apartments and retail space. Kerrville’s Planning and Zoning Commission voted to approve a preliminary plat. Next, the developer will apply for approval of construction plans before approval of a final plat.
