KPD new Lt. James Machetta

Congratulations to Kerrville Police Officer James Machetta. He was promoted to Lieutenant yesterday morning by Chief Chris McCall. After a competitive process, Lt. Machetta emerged at the top of the list. He has served in the Criminal Investigation Unit for 8 years.
