KPD - Thief uses someone elses debit card

Kerrville Police Department is asking for citizens help in identifying an alleged thief. A customer dropped their debit card in the Walmart parking lot on Friday, August 9th around 11 am. A man picked up the card and then immediately used it in the store and at other places.  Several hundred dollars worth of purchases were racked up on the card. His photo and a photo of his car are on the City of Kerrville – Kerrville Police Department Facebook page.
