Maverick Ranc - Fromme Farm - under a conservation easement

A portion of the Historic Maverick Ranch-Fromme Farm is now protected under a conservation easement. Reports The Texas Land Conservancy.  389 acres of the ranch/farm established in the 1860’s will be protected against development. The land is near Camp Bullis. It’s been a concerted effort by the current owners, the Fenstermaker sisters. The property is also on the National Register of Historic Places.
