Oil spill in the Permian Basin

Operator errors in the Permian Basin leads to an oil dump of over 400 thousand gallons of crude oil. The pipe wasn’t shut down until 3 hours after the gush. The spill was apparently caused by a ruptured pipeline. Reports expressnews.com. Company Enlink Midstream could face civil penalties and other enforcement action. Supposedly bodies of water nor wildlife were impacted.
