Old Ingram Loop Makeover

Ingram City Council approves makeover changes for Old Ingram Loop from the Historical Committee. Reports the West Kerr Current. The makeover includes the demolition of a building and plans for an artisan’s park. The park would include retail shops and a water feature. The shops are to be built with a rustic look using river stone and cedar. Council member Twanda Brown and Developer Cristina Holcomb presented the recommendations.
