2023 Harper High School grad receives a 25 hundred dollar scholarship. Kenna Tatsch is the recipient of the PEO Star Scholarship from the Kerrville PEO Chapter. The scholarship is awarded to women exhibiting excellence in a variety of activities such as leadership, academics and more. She’ll be enrolling in agricultural studies.
