Piccolina of Fredericksburg receives a 10 thousand dollar check from the Beacon State Fund Pitch Contest. The award was presented at the recent Governor’s Business Summit in Fredericksburg. The Fund Pitch is for majority women ownership of a business. Piccolina is a small batch Italian ice business founded by Christina Harman.
