The San Marcos Fire Department is holding a press conference at 10am to announce the arrest of an arson suspect. 5 years ago, a San Marcos apartment complex was set on fire and killed 5 young adults. Another victim was severely burned. The fire was so massive, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives was called in to assist. For the Past 5 years, The ATF has been the lead agency on the case, along with the San Marcos Fire Marshal’s Office. Reports mysanantonio.com
