The Texas A & M College Rural Medicine Program coming to Bandera ISD. According to the Bandera Prophet. Representatives of the program were recently hosted for dinner by the Bandera Economic Development Corporation. The TAMU program promotes healthcare careers in school districts to inspire future physicians to return to their rural roots. The program for K to 12 includes School to Scrubs camps, healthcare literacy and more. BISD Superintendent full supports the program for all campuses. TAMU presents the program this morning to Bandera County Commissioners.
