UGRA scholarship available to Schreiner students

There’s an Upper Guadalupe River Authority or UGRA scholarship available to Kerrville’s Schreiner University students interested in Texas water management. Recipients can receive up to 10 thousand dollars for the 2024-2025 school year. March 15th is the deadline. Information is at ugra.org.
