USGS wants dead butterflies and moths

The US Geological Survey is asking help for their Lepidoptera Research Collection. They are asking Texas citizens to mail them dead butterflies, moths and skippers. The specimens will help USGS scientists identify contaminants and environmental factors which may be contributing to the decline of insect populations. The deadline is November 1st. The address:
