We the People - Liberty in Action - Cease & Desist

We the People – Liberty in Action facing legal issues in Kerrville reports the Hill Country Community Journal. The group received a Cease and Desist from Law Firm Marziani, Stevens and Gonzalez for Distribution of Illegal political advertisement. The cease and desist states that the publication and distribution of political advertising is illegal. It allegedly favors Roman Garcia who is running for Mayor and Barbara Dewell Ferguson running for City Council District Place 4. She is running against Brenda Hughes. And also Dr. Mary Bone who is running for Texas State Board of Education. The C and D also questions the legality of Liberty in Action as a PAC or political action committee.
