Also, in West Kerr County, the culvert cloggers are at it again. Law makers addressed the problem in April of someone blocking the low water crossing at 100 Dowling Road West. Kerr County Crimestoppers are asking for citizens for help in finding the culprit clogging the waterway with rocks and cut limbs. Apparently, the Crimestoppers signs are being ignored. It’s against the law in Texas to obstruct a waterway.
