Winner of HEB Quest for TX Best

HEB announced the winners of their 10th Annual Quest for Texas Best. The company was to choose 4 winners out of ten finalists. And due to a tie there are 5. The Grand Prize winner is PhoLicious Instant Pho. Their prize is $25 thousand dollars, a year of free groceries and shelf placement. As a celebration of the tenth year, HEB awarded each of the ten finalists 10 thousand dollars.
